I Challenge Myself is a nonprofit that provides opportunities for New York City public school students to strengthen their bodies, minds and spirits through school-based and external fitness, wellness, and personal and professional development programs. They partner with schools to offer programs that introduce youth to non-competitive endurance sports, currently cycling and cross fitness, that help students develop socially, academically and physically. Since their launch in February 2005, they have directly served over 4,000 public middle school and high school students in the Bronx, Harlem, and Manhattan.

Raegan worked with ICM to develop a mentoring program that matched high school juniors and seniors with professionals from multiple industries across the city. In the semester-long program, students worked on college readiness, learned more about career paths that interested them and gained firsthand experience, created resumés, practiced interview skills, and more.

Raegan has also supported ICM with video editing for their alumni feature series.
